Tricia could not have been more accommodating and reassuring than she was for our very special trip to Walt Disney World. My husband and I celebrated our 30 year anniversary and also his upcoming retirement.  This was the first time we have been to WDW without our now adult children since we celebrated our honeymoon there.  Right from the beginning, Tricia was on point, so reassuring and so very comfortable to work with. Tricia took the anxiety out of planning this big trip and made it so easy to choose our special WDW hotel, assisted with all our meal plan discussions and also inputted all of our FastPass requests.  When I got a text message at about 6:00am one day months before our trip from Tricia, I knew she had our best interests at heart. Tricia had received Disney communication about the free dining program and wanted us to know about it immediately and assisted us with upgrading to our special hotel and also facilitated our new free dining plan.  While enroute to Orlando and stuck in Baltimore’s BWI airport because of a Southwest airlines issue, Tricia got us onto another plane going from BWI to Orlando and got us to our dream vacation as soon as able.  We would recommend Tricia Kohler for all your important travel and vacation planning as it seems she values each person and makes each trip or vacation the most important thing she is doing.  We will be using Tricia Kohler for any of our next big vacation planning.
