I dabble in everything, but my specialty is Family Vacations, from theme parks to tropical resorts. I also work with large families that bring multiple generations together.

Growing up, Disney vacations were an annual thing for my family, and I’ve always loved offering advice on trip planning. I’ve always had a strong passion for traveling and, with a background in customer service, it seemed logical to blend the two into a job that I truly love.

I feel the most important quality in a travel agent is being a good listener. Through talking with you, I’m able to present options based on your wants and needs. I love working with families to find the perfect solutions for everyone so that the whole family will enjoy their time together. My clients can count on me to work tirelessly so they can go on their vacation worry-free.

Erin Mlivoncic

I chose this profession to share, experience,challenge myself,  dive into adventures,  not look back and wonder “if”.

Building creative itineraries, brainstorming, sharing stories, conveying do’s and don’ts and must sees of the desired travel adventure are passions of mine and I love listening to my clients needs/wants and helping them discover some they don’t even realize they need/want or could even dream of.  Helping families focus on efficient and easy traveling with kids and extended family members is a specialty of mine and as a graduate of the Disney College Program Internship, I strive to help parents see vacations through their kids eyes – it’s truly magical!

I enjoy exploring different cultures.  My husband is Bosnian and Croatian and I had the opportunityspend a month in Croatia, immersing myself in the culture, traveling like a tourist, but, living like family.  I love all-inclusive vacations – especially Mexico, Riviera Cancun and the Dominican Republic.  I have a personal goal to visit places I visited as a child with my three kids to see them through their eyes.

Karen Stefan

My specialty is with the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Hawaii, and cruises. In addition, I’ll recommend places I’ve traveled to. I am a Hawaii specialist with a Travel Master Cruise Counselor certification.

I chose to become a travel agent for the opportunity to see the world, but also because I enjoy helping others to see the value in traveling. After working in the travel industry for many years, I decided to open my own travel business to offer a more personalized service to my clients. My hope is to encourage or help those to travel who many not otherwise do so. I’ve experienced many cultures and local customs, including joining in on folk dancing and sampling fine foods. I want others to experience the uniqueness that other cultures offer.

Returning clients are my greatest compliment. I cherish these relationships with clients turned friends.

Marise Brennan

I am a woman of many talents, love to travel and immerse myself in different cultures.  In May 2018, I came onboard with Leisure Tours & Cruises after looking for the perfect place to begin my career in the travel industry.   Meeting new people and getting to know them on a personal level is important to me, and, my goal is to take the stress out of planning so my clients can get the vacation they want, and more importantly- deserve!

My previous work experiences have all involved customer service. The biggest part of being successful in the travel industry is not only listening to what is being said, but, understanding what is not being said. As an insurance adjuster, I spent the greater part of my career assisting customers on some of the worse days of their lives. But now, I can use the skills I honed and I get to help create the best of memories that last a lifetime!

Cassie Barnett

“Let’s make some magic!”

The first Disney trip I ever planned was my Senior project in High School.  We were supposed to fully plan our “dream vacation” and mine was a Disney Cruise.  That was where I realized my love of planning trips and through the years I have helped friends, family, and new friends plan their dream Disney vacations.  I love the challenge that comes with trying to make sure every aspect of the trip is planned to the finest detail and seeing the joy it brings to my clients.

I have been a Soldier for 15 years and feel like my ability to see an end-goal and work towards it serves me well in the travel industry.  There is no challenge too big for me- together we can make it happen.  I have extensive experience in military benefits and helping those who protect us to enjoy their family time when they can get it.  Everyone has a dream; I am here to make it a reality!

Brittani Stuchell

“We don’t need objects; we need adventures.” 

Growing up, we spent a lot of time in the car.  My family lived in Ohio and our extended family lived in Michigan.  We wore out a path through 75 North so clear that I can drive it with my eyes closed as if on autopilot.  Until middle school, that was the extent of our family trips.  Then we went to Walt Disney World and my eyes were open to the world that Walt Disney created.  I remember being in awe of the rides, the food, the atmosphere, and from then on knew I needed to have Disney in my life.  

Since that trip, I have been to Disney more times than I can count.  In college, I decided to take a semester off and work in the College Program at Walt Disney World.  That further cemented my love of Disney and since then I have planned numerous trips for myself, my family, friends, and friends of friends.

I have since branched out into places other than Disney and love planning trips to just about anywhere for anyone.  As a teacher and a mother of 3, I understand that every vacation is different and I strive to work hard with my clients to create the adventure they’ve always wanted.  If you’ve been dreaming of that perfect getaway, let’s make it happen!

Fawn Ruiz

As far as I can tell, the key to a great life is to savor your current adventure and have your next one planned. It gives you something to look forward to and provides the assurance that your family will have focused time together.

I am a self-proclaimed Disney addict, but I enjoy the full spectrum of travel. I can find happiness in a tent in the woods or an all-inclusive beach resort. I would never be able to choose between snow and sand. There is something to be learned and loved from every travel destination.

I am a Registered Nurse and work in the pharmaceutical industry. I also have degree in Spanish, which took me to Ecuador for a semester. I can assure you that the Andes Mountains, Amazon Rainforest, and Galapagos Islands need to be on your bucket list!

As the daughter of an Army and Department of Defense veteran, my favorite memories with my family while growing up will always be visiting an amusement park or Penn State football games. Growing up near Knoebels, Hershey Park and Dorney Park, there was always some type of adventurous trip around the corner or a family trip to Busch Gardens, Six Flags, Universal, Sea World or Disney World planned. The past several years, I’ve started off the new year creating memories with my family at Disney World.
